September 2006

1. What did we do this month?
--IGPro and Smart Board training (both here and at AGI) and assistance on both (Zook)
--Prepared and presented two after-school cybercafes "Power Library Databases" and "Using the Public Folders" (Forba-Mayer)
--Designed a survey with Linda Simasek on Survey Monkey for National Honor Society (Brady)
--Provided individual SASI assistance so that teachers
--Assisted teachers with using tablet pcs (Brady)
--Assisted many teachers with using the public folders
--Assited teachers with IGPro for setting up gradebooks and for interim grades
--Fix video system in Family & Consumer Sciences (Jones)
--Attended the Tristate YA Book Review Committee Meeting (Forba-Mayer)
--Updated high school webpages

2. What do we have planned for next month?
--Continue to offer assistance with all programs and new technologies to all teachers and staff.
--Marie Brady and Charleen Forba-Mayer will continue to job share the webmaster position.
--Present the "Power Library Databases" to PLE staff (Forba-Mayer)
--Present IGPro session to Mentor/Mentees (AGHS)
--Make a flash video about IGPro (Jones)
--Brady will continue to design the Survey Monkey survey for NHS
--Brady will begin to put together directions for using tablet pcs
--Nettrekker after-school cyber session (Forba-Mayer)
--Jones would like to make a TV commercial for advertising our ITLT services.
3. What help do we need from district resources?
--??

4. Who would we recommend to participate in techmentoring with Joyce and Craig?
--Pam Lock for AP Art

5. What steps did we take this month to publicize the ITLT Services?
--Sent e-mails to teachers reminding them that we are available to help
--Sent e-mails with instructions on how to perform tasks in IGPro
