Avon Grove High School ITLT

1. Work on orienting the staff for the use of our new SMART Boards and tablet PCs.
2. Work with new teachers on IGPro.
3. Begin to think about a technology plan that will address the new high school.



1. What did we do this month?
--Provided individual SASI assistance so that teachers could get their list of students for 2006-2007 school year
--Prepared for SmartBoard in-service for faculty
--Zook updated personal web pages for physics classes
--Created handout for all teachers and staff for using public folders using Outlook
--Assisted individual teachers with using the public folders
--Assited teachers with IGPro for setting up gradebooks
--Created a job sharing calendar for WEB ITLT for Forba/Brady
--Updated high school webpages

2. What do we have planned for next month?
--Continue to offer assistance with all programs and new technologies to all teachers and staff.
--Marie Brady wand Charleen Forba-Mayer will job share the webmaster position.
--Charleen will attend the Tristate YA Book Review Committee Meeting.
--Mentor/Mentee meeting - IGPro and/or Outlook presentation.
--Either Nettrekker or Power Library orientation for teachers after school.

3. What help do we need from district resources?
--Charleen will need help resolving Dreamweaver problems on laptop.

4. Who would we recommend to participate in techmentoring with Joyce and Craig?
--Marie Brady

5. What steps did we take this month to publicize the ITLT Services?
--We made a presentation at our August faculty meeting publicizing our services and of the new public folders.
