January 2006

1. What did we do this month?
--Continued to provide individual SASI Assistance, digital cameras, Power Point, Microsoft Office, Outlook, IGPro to all teachers
--Nettrekker training to weekly ESL classes with Forba-Mayer
--Technology budget meetings, discussions, proposals, etc.
--Prep work for Smart Board workshop
--Smart Board after school workshop
--Assited teachers with interim grade submission
--Finalized guidance department survey on Survey Monkey
--Attended Tristate Young Adult Book Review Committee Meeting
--Dreamweaver training to Brady
--Tables in Word
--Instructing math teachers with computer program
--Power Library training to research classes and their teachers
--Rolled out Nettrekker to all teachers via an email
--Learned how to create banners for webpage
--Updated high school webpages & sorted through electronic photographs for web

2. What do we have planned for next month?
--Continue to learn Dreamweaver to update high school webpages (Brady)
--Logger Pro demos for science department during upcoming in-service in February
--Nettrekker after school cybercafe

3. What help do we need from district resources?
--Get Adobe Pagemaker for updating webpages while Charleen is out at the end of the year (Brady)

4. Who would we recommend to participate in techmentoring with Joyce and Craig?
--???

5. What steps did we take this month to publicize the ITLT Services?
--Sent an email to all faculty and on the after school workshop for Smart Boards.
--Asked staff at monthly faculty meeting if they had any budget issues to address to our group.
--Helped staff write technology budget requests.
--Grade export tip to all staff via email.

December 2005

1. What did we do this month?
--Continued to provide individual SASI Assistance, digital cameras, Power Point, Microsoft Office, Outlook, IGPro to all teachers
---Weekly ESL classes with Forba-Mayer on technology based projects (this month we worked on creating and building a resume)
--United Streaming cybercafe offered to all AGHS staff (Forba-Mayer)
--Prep work for United Streaming cybercafe
--Incorporated the Smartboard into instruction (Zook)
--Attended Nettrekker & United Streaming training at CCIU with Joyce Perry (Forba-Mayer)
--Assited teachers with interim grade submission (everyone)
--Worked with the guidance department on new survey via Survey Monkey (Forba-Mayer)

2. What do we have planned for next month?
--Smartboard presentation by Zook to all

3. What help do we need from district resources?
--????

4. Who would we recommend to participate in techmentoring with Joyce and Craig?
--Jon McFarland for webpage design.

5. What steps did we take this month to publicize the ITLT Services?
--Sent an email to all faculty and on the cybercafe United Streaming.
--Presented to staff at our monthly faculty meeting our newly designed website and the transformation of the site within the next month. (Forba-Mayer)
