3. What help do you need from district resources?

--Would it be possible to access teacher network folders from home?(Brady)

--Create another network drive that would contain folders for each department. The folders would be read-only for the students. Teachers could have worksheets, templates, examples, and other materials that the students could get to from anywhere in the building. (Zook)
--Use of a Smartboard or Activeboard in high school classes could prove to be very beneficial. Any way we could get a mobile unit? (Zook)
--Please help me fix the mobile library lab’s agsd problem with several PCs. (Forba-Mayer)

4. Who would we recommend to participate in techmentoring with Joyce and Craig?

--At the moment, we do not have anyone in mind, but we’re hoping to get some responses from our advertising of the service. The flyer/brochure that we created has a plug for their service.

5. What steps did we take this month to publicize our ITLT service in our school?

--We designed a brochure and distributed them to all faculty at our monthly staff meeting. We also put some of the brochures by staff mailboxes. Finally, we briefly introduced our group and its services to our staff through the meeting.
