February 2004

What did we do this month?
-Send out annoucements to AGHS about AGSD tech fair - talked to individual teachers in building about tech fair
-Assisted with AGSD Tech Fair - 2/26/04
-Evaluated needs of the library and reported technology for the coming year to Clint Jones
-Continued to support teachers and staff with software, mobile laptops, digital cameras, LCD projectors
-Helped students with Family Consumer Science projects
-Reviewed PETE&C presentation with Joyce Perry
-Attended PETE&C and many presentations
-Coordinated Career Scope installation software for CCIU to load for testing of our students
-Helped trouble shoot the printer in Room 301 Lab (still not fixed - despite numerous tries to fix printer)
-Assisted students and staff access student folders on server
-Asssited a teacher with proper technology setup for lesson to be evaluated
-Assisted a a teacher with the design of their web page and proper file structure
-Helped individual teachers use Outlook e-mail
-Updated high school web pages
-Helped troubleshoot hardware/software issues in various classrooms and in labs
-Helped individual teachers use LCD projectors for class presentations and note taking
-Helped individual teachers use Power Point, Word, and Excel

What do we plan on doing next month?
-Continue to support teachers with school e-mail, POWER Point, Excel, Word, Web Help Desk, SASI, and other programs
-Maintain web pages
-Offer technology training (Power Point) for new ITLTs

What questions do we have?
-Need a new or working laser printer for Lab 301???? We were supposed to get one delivered, but haven't seen it yet.
January 2004

What did we do this month?
-Assisted teachers with web page design
-Worked with teachers and their classes - research using the Power Library Resources
-Helped individual teachers use Outlook e-mail
-Met and trained Shirley Schenker on how to use LCD projectors
-Developed an online and research based project for Mr. Schott's government class
-Offered teachers individual training on using the video booking system
-Updated web pages
-Helped troubleshoot hardware/software issues in various classrooms and in labs
-Worked with individual classes/teachers with mobile labs
-Helped individual teachers use LCD projectors for class presentations and note taking
-Continued to support teachers and staff with Power Point, Word, and Excel
-Trained teachers on how to use the newly installed printers on mobile labs
-Evaluated and investigated new Power Library Resources (Oxford Reference Online, Facts for Learning, and the Auto Repair guides)
-Assisted with Spanish projects
-Continued to assist English classes with the Junior English project

What do we plan on doing next month?
-Continue to support teachers with school e-mail, POWER Point, Excel, Word, Web Help Desk, SASI, and other programs
-Maintain web pages
-Work on high school technology budget
-Work on getting things in line for the AGSD tech fair

December 2003 (Short month due to X-Mas Break)

What did we do this month?
-Jr. English projects - Assisted students with MLA guide, databases, and using Power Library Resources
-Assisted resource students and ESL students using the Internet, Power Library databases, and Microsoft programs
-Helped individual teachers use Outlook e-mail
-Assisted Mrs. Kokoska with Spanish country project
-Updated web pages
-Helped troubleshoot hardware/software issues in various classrooms and in labs
-Worked with individual classes/teachers with mobile labs
-Continued to train teachers using LCD projectors, Power Library, and digital cameras.

What do we plan on doing next month?
-Continue to support teachers with school e-mail, POWER Point, Excel, Word, Web Help Desk, SASI, and other programs
-Maintain web pages
-Figure out how to get the new printers to print on mobile labs
